This property has a tankless water heater that is never been flushed or serviced. The water in Alito is pretty hard so the owner wants that done before the new tenant moves in. The HVAC system also needs to be serviced. Lastly, there is a break in the sprinkler line outside right in front of the tree. See pictures for reference.
